Riley Investment Management, LLC. (RIM) is an activist-oriented fund management company focused on the micro-cap sector (companies with less than $500 million in market capitalization) in the United States. We focus on discovering opportunities, understanding fundamental valuation, analyzing legal and corporate governance issues, and ultimately being a catalyst to close valuation gaps and maximize shareholder value.

Our objective is to invest in a focused portfolio of undervalued companies where our knowledge and experience allows us to understand the investment better than the market. As activists, we aim to affect change and ultimately close valuation gaps, realizing value for our partners.

RIM launched the Riley Investment Partners, LP (formerly SACC Partners, LP) fund in September 2000, which has acheived annualized returns of 16.9% net of fees through December 2007.
