Each Limited Partner/client shall (a) maintain the confidentiality of all of the information on the RIM Blog site, excluding publicly available information, (the "Confidential Information"), (b) not disclose any portion of the Confidential Information to any other third party without the prior written consent of RIM, and (c) and not trade on the basis of the Confidential Information. Each Limited Partner/client agrees to use the same degree of care to protect the confidentiality of all Confidential Information it receives as it uses to protect its own confidential and proprietary information which it does not wish to have published or disseminated; provided, however, in no event shall the Limited Partner/client use less than a reasonable degree of care to protect the Confidential Information.
